Session 1:
Explores an alternative to the violence within and around us by learning how to take care of our feelings. In this session we learn important steps that can guide us in following our feelings deep down into our bodies where we can feel our unique spirit being born.

Session 2: How can we risk owning what is real inside our bodily knowing? This session teaches a body way of being present, with a gentle, caring openness toward feelings we often push away, reject or try to control. When we can "own" what is real without running away, then this place inside can be a teacher rather than an enemy - becoming an important bridge connecting us into the gifted wisdom and energy of the Larger Body.
.
Session 3: Learning more practical ways to create an inside environment that allows us to hold and listen to our scary and hurting places.

DVD #2 Sessions 4, 5, 6. BSS #2 (95min.)

Session 4: The Felt Sense. There is always a story waiting to be listened to inside my body whenever I notice feelings, sensations, and "felt senses." My body has its own language through which it wants to talk to me.

Session 6: Focusing Steps #4, 5, & 6: Letting Go into it, Just being in it, Sensing the Whole of it; Allowing it to Express itself; The Nurturing period.

DVD #3 Sessions 7,8,9. BSS #3 (107min.)

Session 7: Spirituality. Even though people from all over the world come from different religious backgrounds, social and ethnic traditions, they can still link with each other through the one reality we all share in common - the human body. This unifying experience forms the basis for a global spirituality when we listen to and learn respect for the language of our bodies.

Session 8: Focusing and Sacraments. Sacramental life and spiritual maturing take place within ordinary lived experiences, at home, at work or wherever our relationships occur.

Session 9: Convergence of the Felt Sense and BioSpirituality. God is as close to us as we can risk being in touch with the truth of ourselves.

DVD #4 Sessions 10,11,12 BSS #4 (97min.)

Session 10: Process-Skipping. What happens inside ourselves when the process of congruence becomes blocked? In this session we consider psychological foundations of the addictive process. By addiction, we mean the use of anyone or anything as a substitute for entering into the process of our own congruence.

Session 11: Social Implications of Process-Skipping. Process-Skipping not only influences our personal lives. It has an enormous effect upon social, political, and economic experience. Vaclav Havel reminds us that only when our sense for the transcendent is nurtured will we have a basis for the responsible citizenship that makes democracy possible.

Session 12: Reaching Out: Structure and Goals of the Institute for Bio Spiritual Research. This session includes answers to often asked questions about the Institute: What is the Institute? Who are the people involved in leadership and the network? How can I become a member? What are the Levels Programs? How does the Institute support itself? These and many more questions are responded to in this session.
