In this multimedia presentation, supported by music, slides and photographs
from his life experiences, Fr. Ed reflects on what the term BioSpiritual
Focusing means to him, why he believes it is a gift to be shared with
all people, and why he believes BioSpiritual Focusing identifies and nurtures
the experiential common ground for a global spirituality. This DVD gives
the viewer a body - feel for exciting mission and charism of this international
movement.
In this address, Fr. Pete explores a fundamental spiritual issue of our time - the very meaning and experience of "spirit" as it relates to the human body. He challenges outdated models of soul and body, as well as stereotyped views of spiritual development. Fr. Pete suggests that spirit is a developmental human experience, that there is a body dimension to spirit, and he shows the connection by referring to Carl Rogers' and Eugene Gendlin's pioneering research on "the valuing process"

Coordinators describing their creative insights into how this gift is
